Refund policy

Return, Refund & Dispute Policy – YMR Studio (Custom Apparel)

At YMR Studio, all products are made-to-order based on customer-approved specifications. This policy is designed to minimize disputes, ensure clarity, and comply with payment provider requirements (including PayPal).


1. Order Confirmation (Legally Binding)

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All design details (including logo, placement, size, and color) are correct

  • You have reviewed and approved any mockups or specifications provided

  • The shipping address is accurate and complete

Once confirmed, this information is considered final and binding.


2. Custom Products – No Return by Default

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable by default.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product materially differs from the approved design


3. Non-Eligible Claims (Important)

The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or dispute claims:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color differences (screen vs. actual product)

  • Minor measurement deviation (±1–3 cm)

  • Change of mind after production begins

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs


4. Claim Requirements (Strict)

To file a valid claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery:

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear, unedited photos of the product

  • Packaging photos (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.


5. Resolution Process

If a claim is verified, YMR Studio will determine the appropriate resolution, including:

  • Free replacement (preferred solution)

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (only in severe and justified cases)

We reserve full discretion in determining the outcome based on evidence.


6. PayPal & Chargeback Policy

Before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us first.

We actively respond to disputes and will provide:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Approved design proof

  • Production and shipping evidence

  • Delivery confirmation (tracking)

Filing false or abusive claims may result in permanent refusal of service.


7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Delivery time = production time + shipping time

  • Shipping delays are outside our control

If tracking shows “delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

YMR Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address

  • Theft after delivery

  • Carrier-related issues after shipment


8. Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Unclaimed

👉 It is not eligible for a refund

Reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.


9. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is granted:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.


10. Limitation of Liability

YMR Studio’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Customer-submitted design errors

  • Delays beyond our control


11. Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

This agreement may be used as evidence in payment disputes.
